Nice hotel with free wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember how the staff helped me with my luggage on my first stay. I'll definitely come back for another trip!

Also, the location is fantastic, minutes from a major street...
The bathrooms are too small.

Fairly clean property with extremely helpful and patient staff especially on the night shift. Exceptionally nice location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Set close to a subway station.

I enjoyed my time at this place. The staff provided assistance when I needed it, and the good location made it easy to explore. I found a nice restaurant nearby where I ate good food at reasonable prices. The free Wi-Fi was helpful. I appreciated the quiet area for a restful night.
The room and bathroom were small, made moving around with luggage challenging. The furniture looked outdated.

it was close to the train/bus station. it was quiet and clean. originally we were going to stay just one night because our flight was the next day at noon. we stayed 2 nights because we decided to go to the opera. the desk staff was friendly, helpful and spoke english. the map was better than some tourist maps we have gotten while traveling.
there was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up stairs with no one offering to help. fortunately, we travel light so it wasn't too bad. the view was unattractive but we didn't stay there for the view. the shower was very small so it was easy to accidentally bump the faucet and change the temperature. at least there was plenty of hot water. there was only one roll of toilet paper so we had to ask for a second roll the next day.

Great location 10-15 mins walk from Central Station and 20-30 from all major city attractions. Was very impressed by the standard and size of the room for the price. (50Euros/night)
One of the hotel staff was a little surly and unfriendly. Having to pay for wireless access was a pain. Free wireless would make this an almost perfect budget city hotel.

It takes 15 minutes walk to the central station, well, walking fast. The single room is small but tidy and clean. As at the street side, it is rally noisy. But worth th price.
Noisy in the evening on the street side.

I almost thought this place would be decent, until i realized the shower leaked and smelled moldy-so charming, right? Not to mention, every squeak from the bed's metal frame kept me up all night. Honestly, i expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience but it seems like that's too much to ask for here.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Our room was on the first floor, and had an extra bed in it, which was handy as extra storage for our stuff. Our room was very well kept, rather large, the bathroom was alright and everything was functioning properly, including the air conditioning system. Most of the staff are very nice and forthcoming. The rates for internet access via WiFi in our room (1 Euro/hour) were ok. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Nettuno strongly.
On most days of our stay, the lobby (which was quite close to our room) became very noisy quite early in the morning (far before 7am), which woke us up several times. Also, we noticed cigarette smoke somehow entering our room, probably through the windows - but it was more on the 'faint smell' side, so it wasn't too bad. But else, everything was fine.
